River Gnome Dance
I’m currently working on an illustration for a story called “River Gnome Dance”—which involves a river gnome named Git who is really, really into Irish dancing. The Michael Flatley kind of Irish dancing, that is.
I haven’t gotten around to drawing and coloring Git yet, but I have one of a hundred little girls that show up in the story, posted above.
So far, I’m picturing a J.K. Rowling house elf in some kind of Riverdance girl’s outfit, and I’m hoping it turns out okay.

This isn’t exactly relevent but did anyone happen to see the Cincinnati Bengal wide receiver last weekend that scored a touchdown and then did a ‘Lord of the Dance’ Irish jig? It was one of the more creative touchdown celebrations I’ve seen in awhile.
And oh yes, I like the drawing. I’m curious to see Git!
I absolutely love the new site design, and am pretty jazzed about the River Gnome Dance as well. Blessings come wrapped in strange packaging!

Thanks, T. I’ve corrected it. 🙂
And no, it’s not a book I’m writing. It’s an illustration for a story in Tales of the Talisman.
