Thank you for the early birthday wishes!

I apologize for not posting regularly these days. 2005 has been very, very hard on H.E. and me. Death in his family, stroke in mine—to name just two of the 10 or 20 hugely and emotionally dramatic things going on in our lives these past few months. Heartache. Stress. Epiphanies. I feel like we’re living in a soap opera.

It’s gotten better in the past few weeks though—sort of a rebirth, if you will. Just in time for my birthday. We plan to get rid of a lot of baggage, so you’ll definitely see some changes from our end. You have my word.
